I really do not like it when service workers are not on time.

You set some kind of appointment, end up waiting all day and ruining your day, then they do not show up on time anyhow! This is what happened the last time I called an independent heating and cooling system specialist in my area.

They were supposed to be at my home to do a tune up on my central heating and A/C unit at 5pm, but they did not show up until 7pm. I was not ecstatic about this because I went out of my way to be sure I was home from work early that day in order to meet the heating and A/C specialist to do the tune up and check up on my central heating and cooling unit, and his excuse was not a great one either. I would have understood if it was something like getting caught in traffic or something like that. But he tells myself and others that the heating and A/C appointment before us was taking longer than expected. That would have been a great and acceptable excuse if he had called to let myself and others know. But instead nothing is said and he just shows up way too late! Communication is truly important and truly great service, and this independent heating and A/C specialist did not do this. In the future I think I am going to hire a single one of our local heating and A/C companies, because at least they are on time and if they are not they will have the courtesy to let you know ahead of time!
