My heating and A/C contractor is entirely all knowing when it comes to heating and A/C.

This is one of the reasons I have been using him for a long time now.

Having your own independent heating and A/C contractor is a great thing, and I got some entirely great advice from him recently. He had suggested that I get the ductwork of my central heating and A/C unit cleaned every five months to ensure great air flow and great air quality coming out of my central heating and cooling unit. At first I thought maybe he was just trying to drum up some more work out of me. But after researching this on the internet I found out that he was entirely telling the truth and just trying to help. That is not something you see everyday from heating and A/C specialists. Especially independent heat and cooling system contractors, because they are always trying to make an extra buck since they work solely for their own purchasers, which is sort of like commission. But this heating and A/C specialist was solely trying to be helpful, and I am grateful for this. Because otherwise I would not have known about the ductwork cleaning every five months to make my central heating and A/C thing work much better and have a longer lifespan. I gave my heating and A/C specialist a tip, which is something that I never do. But because he gave myself and others some useful advice, I thought it was well worth it and necessary.
