I recently helped install a state-of-the-art and one of the kind Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system in a downtown casino and hotel.

The task was easily one of the most advanced and intricate Heating, Ventilation plus A/C installation tasks that I have worked on.

I was one of 20 companys selected to work on the downtown casino and hotel. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system features sensors located throughout the entire building. These sensors are activated by motion and they have infrared heat sensors. They can automatically adjust the indoor hot and cold temperatures in order to accommodate the number of guests in the hotel at any time, even the pool has sensors to monitor the temperature levels. The pool stays 98° while the two of us were in the Wintertide and Summer months. The pool has multiple large water slides. I told my spouse and kids that I would take them to the casino and hotel in a couple of months after all of the fanfare has died down. I guess it could be fun to stay there for a few afternoons and enjoy the indoor water park and pool. Since I worked on the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C installation system install task, I can get a room at the casino and the hotel for next to nothing. The supervisor of the casino is a friend of mine. It’s the reason why I got picked for the contracting task in the first site. I made $65,000 on that task in 40 afternoons and I have my friend to thank for giving me a head up about the task! He put in a fantastic word for me and got into the ear of the foreman. I owe that guy a large debt of gratitude.
