Sure, we were so lucky to hit such an incredible real estate bubble. There’s just no doubt about that. Considering what it’s been like around here, the recent skyrocketing housing market is something of a surprise. After the recession of a decade ago, the real estate market got to ho hum to best. But just about the time we were having to make some decisions concerning the HVAC equipment, the real estate market just boomed here locally. I mean so much so that it’s really hard to believe that we were able to get what we did for our home. For sure, the new heating and cooling equipment we put in our home was great. Since we were selling the house, we took our realtor’s advice and really went for it with the HVAC technology. When the HVAC technician told us that our HVAC unit needed to be replaced, that really was the tipping point for us when it came to jumping into the housing market. We sought the guidance of the HVAC professionals in just what to buy when it came to the residential HVAC. We wanted to be sure to appeal to those who were looking for the latest and greatest in residential HVAC. But we didn’t want to just throw money away either. I think we were able to hit a nice balance with where we ended up. The new HVAC equipment was indeed the selling point for the house that we hoped it would be. And the final number we got for the house still sort of blows my mind.
