After experiencing many years of HVAC system breakdowns with our old HVAC system, I finally decided that we needed to invest in a high quality HVAC system.

• I wanted something that was extremely energy efficient and not such an energy hog like our HVAC equipment was.

It was seriously too much trouble and with all the expensive repairs, I didn’t know how much longer we could deal with that old HVAC equipment. My wife said she supported me in whatever decision I wanted to make. Of course, I told her she could provide any input too because it was her house also. She smiled and said that she always thought it would be nice to have radiant heated floors. I said with a very efficient boiler system, we could have very low heating expenses if we invested in heated floors, and she said we should look into it. We had an HVAC worker come out to the house and he consulted with us and gave us quotes for different HVAC installations. The boiler system with the radiant heated floors was on the top of our list, but we also wanted a good cooling system that was also energy efficient and reliable. The HVAC worker recommended that we go for a ductless mini split air conditioner which would provide a considerable amount of cooling to our home with extremely low energy costs. When we got a quote for that installation, it looked good so we scheduled for the new HVAC upgrades. After everything was finished, I have to say that our new HVAC equipment is fantastic and we are saving good money on the energy bills now.
