This week was the first hot day of the year in our parts, but this Winter was an especially cold Winter too; We ran the oil heating system from the very end of October until the end April non stop, but for the Last year the two of us have turned on the old oil heating system only at night; But today, the two of us really needed a/c; I sincerely prefer to get HVAC maintenance done before I use it for the first time in a year.

I prefer to consistently make sure everything is all oiled up plus running smoothly before I ask a lot of my HVAC system over the season! Of course, I haven’t done that yet this year.

I was planning to have the a/c worked on professionally next month. That is usually when the hot weather hits us. But today was super hot and humid! Yesterday the two of us had a high of 60 degrees. This week the two of us had a high of 87 outdoors. What a difference! I decided it wouldn’t hurt if I turned on the a/c today! After all, the two of us always take nice care of our HVAC plan so it should be fine, right? Wrong. That easily turned out to be a immense mistake. I could tell something was wrong within minutes of turning on the family a/c. The air didn’t get cold. I left it on for various more minutes but it never cooled down. Well, eventually, I turned the a/c back off plus called up our HVAC professionals. They got our a/c fixed up suddenly plus now it is really working again. I am super happy about that. Tomorrow it is going to be a high of 92.
