Not looking forward to washroom ventilation project

It is easy for a washroom to be moldy and smelly! Early on I thought adding washroom ventilation would be easy.

Remodeling is turning into a nightmare. I have the bright plan to totally gut my washroom and remodel it. I figured I could transfer around the plumbing fixtures, add washroom ventilation and all new tile easily. I thought in a few weeks it would be done. First, I can’t get any plumber to come into my space to transfer the plumbing, then next, I found spatially and structurally most of my plans won’t work. Next, every project has been a disaster. I tried replacing the washroom window on my own and realized it was fitted under the home siding. I literally had to cut it out. My outdated toilet was basically welded to the floor and required my brother’s help removing it. I am terrified to start the washroom ventilation project. The washroom doesn’t currently have any vent besides a HVAC vent. That helps a little bit when taking a warm shower. However, heat rises and creates condensation. It is easy for a washroom to be moldy and smelly! Early on I thought adding washroom ventilation would be easy. I bought the vent that has a special LED light and automated settings that notice heating right away. The washroom vent is supposed to detach the excess humidity the moment it is in the space without me doing a thing. It all sounds enjoyable and dandy, however what are the chances upgrade will go well? I am thinking I will somehow mess up my HVAC equipment, the side of my home or uncover something very gross in the ceiling. No way will it be a breeze.
