I bought a wonderful sized building that is going to be a modern business.

I am opening up a bakery hopefully sooner rather than later.

After purchasing the space plus a lot of the baking equipment, I quickly realized I am getting narrow on funds. I either can get the tables plus chairs that I want, but no Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit or I get seventh hand furniture with a wonderful ductless Heating, Ventilation plus A/C device. I can’t decide which way to go. I am sure I could find something comfortable plus cute seventh hand, but nothing would match. It also would take a lot of time to find everything that is perfect. The furniture set I am looking at is all modern plus classy too. It would actually make our space pop plus look particularly edgy. However, not having any heating plus A/C has myself and others upset. I mean I could afford to buy a few space gas furnaces plus windows cooling systems, but that would look terrible! Right now it is the Springtime plus the weather is cooperating. I could get by separate from any heating or cooling… Summer is just around the corner though. I would dislike to not have any A/C on a 90 degree afternoon plus that is possible… With the ovens going plus people creating body heat, I suppose it could be a tepid box plus affect our business. So sadly, I am leaning towards getting better Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit plus just waiting to buy the chairs plus tables of our dreams. I can always replace those later down the line.
