When I am at our wife, she had several dogs of her own. I had several dogs as well. The people I was with and I moved into a condo together and the two of us had a lot of pets running around the location. The people I was with and I adopted several cats and another dog and our family of nine was perfectly complete. Eventually the dogs grew out of the yard. They needed more room to run and play and I was weary of living in a neighborhood where I could hear our neighbors fighting. I thought it might be nice to live somewhere in the country on a couple of acres with lots of room for the dogs to run and play. My wife agreed with me and the two of us decided to put the condo on the market, however before the two of us put the condo on the market, the two of us had a cleaning supplier come to the condo to perform a deep clean. The people I was with and I have dogs and the two of us knew that the condo easily odored love our pets. If the two of us were going to get top dollar for our location, it was pressing that the condo odored fresh and clean. The people I was with and I also have the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system service. The people I was with and I had the machine cleaned and worked on and the two of us had the air duct cleaned and sanitized! Cleaning and sanitizing the air duct was a large expense, but it entirely got rid of the odor of dogs and it made the condo much more approachable for people that did not already have pets. The people I was with and I ended up getting asking price plus 5% for our home. The people I was with and I closed on the sale before the two of us even found another location in the country for all of us.
