The beauty of renting is that if something breaks, it is not on you, typically you can call a landlord to come in in addition to repair the problem, however, our rental lake home goes through a property management dealer that is no good, however i call in addition to complain but nothing happens. I guess the owner isn’t hearing anything from them in addition to the property is getting worse with age. I have called about major issues that shouldn’t be left unchecked, then during the rainy season I noticed that a portion of the roof was leaking. I called in addition to called but nothing happened. I now just put a tote underneath that part when it rains. The ceiling shows extreme water disfigure. It will be a mess for the next tenant, however another issue is that the dryer absolutely should be updated. I have personally fixed it 3 times but it would absolutely love to overheat in addition to catch on fire. If a tenant doesn’t guess what I know, they could potentially burn down the property. I heard nothing back on that. The newest one is the HVAC machine is a problem. It has not been keeping the condo cool. The landlord needs to hire a HVAC corporation to perform a cooling repair. I think something is wrong with the fan motor belt. I am not going to buy the part in addition to perform the AC repair though. I don’t mind being a little hot. However, if it gets too warm, the moisture will build up in addition to create mold. Also bugs will be attracted into the home. That will be a mess.
