Need to fix what is broken
The beauty of renting is that if something breaks, it is not on you. Typically you can call a landlord to come in plus fix the problem; However, our rental house goes through a property management contractor that is no good, and i call plus complain but nothing happens. I suppose the owner isn’t hearing anything from them plus the property is getting worse with age. I have called about major concerns that shouldn’t be left unchecked, then during the rainy season I observed that a portion of the roof was leaking. I called plus called but nothing happened. I now just put a bin underneath that part when it rains. The ceiling shows extreme water destruction. It will be a mess for the next renter, and another issue is that the dryer actually should be replaced. I have personally fixed it several times but it would actually prefer to overheat plus catch on fire. If a renter doesn’t suppose what I know, they could potentially burn down the property. I heard nothing back on that. The newest one is the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit is a problem. It has not been keeping the house cool. The landlord needs to hire a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor to perform a cooling repair. I suppose something is wrong with the fan motor belt. I am not going to buy the part plus perform the A/C repair though. I don’t mind being a little hot. However, if it gets too warm, the moisture will build up plus create mold. Also bugs will be attracted into the home. That will be a mess.
