My father is the respected parent of Asian descent.

He wants his children to have life goals & to stick with them.

Every one of us all had to go to college & become someone of importance. He said he didn’t want to see us working in a eating establishment unless we were the owners. I was okay with that, but I didn’t know what I wanted to do. I tried to tell Pops that I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with our life & he told me I better choose or he would. I legitimately didn’t want our dad to choose our task for me, so I started looking through brochures I got from the task fair. If our dad had his choice, I would go to some pricey college & become a doctor or lawyer. I couldn’t see myself kneeling in an office all morning, or looking at blood every morning. I was antsy, kneeling at home, & I hated the smell & look of blood. I would get nauseous & throw up. I decided that it was time to grow up & make our decision. I found 1 brochure in the pile that looked interesting. The brochure was from a local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation. I told our father that I wanted to be an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman. He thought this was a fantastic start, even though he hoped I would own an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation, eventually. I didn’t know if I wanted to own the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation, but I knew I wanted to design & build Heating, Ventilation, & A/C systems, and i wanted to design & build an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system that would be environmentally sound & still supply excellent heating & A/C to homes & businesses.
