After our youngsters moved out, our husband plus I downsized our living area. We no longer needed a several-home office lake apartment since it was just he plus I. We started talking about getting a single of those small condominiums. We thought it would be perfect to have just 2 home offices. We wanted a spare room in case a single of our granddaughters wanted to visit, however that was all the visitors both of us planned for. We no longer had a formal dining room, both of us didn’t have a sizable yard to tend to, plus both of us no longer had to worry about cleaning basements, attics, or garages. We had a parking space in a covered parking lot. We didn’t tell anyone about our plans until both of us had all of our plans in the works. My husband plus I had grown tired of tending to Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems. In the condo, both of us had a ductless Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C service crew that was section of our HOA did all the care of the heating plus cooling system. When our kid plus sons found out, they were livid. They couldn’t think both of us would decide to transport without first consulting them. They thought both of us should have told them because they were sad about where they would stay when they visited. I smiled plus told them there were plenty of hotels in the hotel plus their Heating, Ventilation plus A/C was almost as enjoyable as ours. I made sure they knew the ladies had a room if they wanted to visit, however both of us wanted privacy without the worry of Heating, Ventilation plus A/C service or tending to a bigger-than-life house.
