I suppose I didn’t have the right plan for the time commitment required when opening a current business when I first started.

There are so many details that have to be gotten right in order to succeed.

Opening my own company wasn’t some whim where I was just hoping to ultimately make any sort of living. I spent years reading my craft & then many years planning to go out on my own. So I wanted a company that would thrive & grow over time. This is why it sort of seems ridiculous that I would consider being the only cleaning lady for my shop. I suppose I just didn’t consider a commercial cleaning dealer when I went out and first opened. I figured that the staff & I would simply be our own maid service. That definitely was a entirely stupid plan by the way. First off, the folks I hired weren’t at all interested, I realized, in working all day & then acting as a cleaning repair once all of us closed the door. Second, clearly I simply just didn’t have the time, I had much more crucial troubles to consider with being the boss. It finally came to a head when I kept pushing off my cleaning duties on the staff. They reached their breaking point one day, they finally had enough & told myself and others that I either got a cleaning repair or a real commercial cleaning dealer or they would walk. They just weren’t willing to be a cleaning repair any longer. That minute, I started calling commercial cleaning companies to get bids on their cleaning service.
