For many years my company has been talking about expanding.

They have been dead set on acquiring another facility and spreading our operations across the city. They believed that they could make a lot of extra cash if they had a retail space on the west side rather than relying on all of their business in the center of the bustling metropolitan area. I do not disagree with their planning… But I wish that they were more satisfactory with the follow-through. You see, my company ultimately wound up acquiring an old building that we now have to work in. The complication is, the indoor air quality is really horrendous. The building that they are utilizing has an outdated Commercial heating, cooling, and air quality control system that is supposed to supply high-quality indoor air throughout the entire 20,000 foot space, however unfortunately, the Commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation units are clearly older than I am. They do not supply accurate or efficient indoor air quality to a single part of the building; As you walk through the giant space you notice fluctuating moderate and frosty patches in every room. The air consistently smells like something is burning or growing inside of the ductwork. Worst of all, you can’t absolutely rely on the heating or cooling system to operate in a consistent and energy efficient manner. Some days the a/c component and forced air heating system work, and some days they do not. When my company said they wanted to expand, they should have set aside cash for a laboring Heating as well as A/C system.
