When my neighbor Carl asked me to help him option up a new kitchen set, I was blissful to help, but after all, I have a box truck and didn’t have any other plans, however on our way to the chain furniture store, Carl would not stop talking about what a great deal he got on a leather sofa, leather loveseats, plus a leather recliner… He told me that the new coffee table was solid oakwood too, and when he told me the price he paid for this kitchen set, I couldn’t believe it; For leather and oak, it was less than half of what I would expect, and i was thinking about looking at a furniture set myself while my associate and I were there.

However, I changed my mind genuinely swiftly when I saw the kitchen set that Carl had already paid for.

It was not real leather or oak. I could tell just by looking at it that the sofa was unquestionably vinyl and that the “oak” coffee table just appeared to be a solid piece of furniture. In actuality, it was all particle board. I tried explaining this to Carl but he would not hear it. He had me odor the couch, however sure enough, it had that leather odor to it however it was a fake leather odor. Since he would not listen to reason, I loaded up Carl’s kitchen set and helped him get it into his house… But no, I won’t be going to that furniture store for my sofa. I am pretty sure you have to go to a locale that custom builds furniture to get real leather couches and real oak coffee tables nowadays.
