It took me a week to convince myself to clean my humidifier.
I know that sounds utterly ridiculous because it is. I just didn’t want to clean my humidifier because I knew that it would be gross. I hadn’t cleaned my humidifier for almost two years. I didn’t even think about cleaning my humidifier until I heard a friend tell someone that she had just cleaned her humidifiers. After I heard her say that, I could stop thinking about the fact that my humidifier needed to be cleaned for sure. I tried to just let it go and move on with life, but I literally found myself dreaming about cleaning my humidifier. I decided that I was going to do it after a week of thinking about it every single day. I can’t believe I let it go that long. It had already been two years since I cleaned it. I knew that my humidifer needed cleaning, but I was afraid that it would be so bad that I would not be able to clean it without getting sick. Thankfully, the humidifier was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. The humidifer was definitely in need of a good cleaning, but it was nothing like I was expeciting it to be. It is really nice to finally have a clean humidifier. It is even nicer to not have to worry about cleaning my humidifier anymore. I mean, I will have to clean it again someday, but at least I don’t have to worry about it for the time being. For right now, I have a clean humidifier.
