My favorite place to be is my air conditioned cabin. I thought for sure that I would be able to enjoy spending time in my cabin without air conditioning, but I was totally wrong. I built my cabin because I wanted a place to be able to go and spend some alone time. I built the cabin on my property, but it is about three miles from my house, and it is in the middle of the woods. No one can bother me there except my best friend, and she always lets me know if she is coming to visit. I loved the idea of having a cabin that I could go to at any time just to get away, but I really didn’t enjoy my time in the cabin before I decided to put air conditioning in there. I wanted to pretend that I was tough and rugged, but after a few months of trying to pretend, I decided to go ahead and put an air conditioner in my cabin. The air conditioner certainly made all of the difference in the world. I was so excited to be able to finally enjoy my time at my cabin thanks to my new air conditioner. I won’t ever make the mistake again of thinking that I am some rugged person who prefers to be without air conditioning. Don’t get me wrong, I know that I could survive without air conditioning. I would just certainly prefer to have air conditioning especially during my relaxing and rejuvenating times at my getaway cabin in the middle of the woods.
