My new heater is not working right. I thought for sure that my heater was brand new because it was supposed to be, but I am not so sure now. When I first opened the box, I thought that it looked a little scuffed up, but I sort of just ignored it because I was so excited to have a new heater. I use a heater in my bedroom every night because it gets so cold in my room. I had a heater for many years, but it stopped working last winter, so I decided to get a new one for this winter. Well, my so-called new heater is not really new I don’t think. I tried calling the company that I bought the heater from, but they won’t answer my calls. I just don’t know what to do to be honest. I also tried emailing that same company about the heater, and they read my email but did not answer. Unfortunately, I just looked up some reviews on the company that I bought the heater from, and supposedly, they have sold some other used heaters saying that they were brand new heaters. I can’t believe that they were able to get away with it. I wish that I would have looked up reviews on the company that I bought the heater from, but I was so sick of looking at heaters that I didn’t even take the time to double check the source that I was buying the heater from. I am not going to give up until I get a new heater or at least sue the company that sold me the used heater.
