The growing trend of purchasing most of what my fantastic friend and I need online has become so popular that many immense box stores are going out of business… Years ago I thought that I would never fall into that habit but now I entirely cherish the convenience of having items arrived at my door, however free shipping & other discounts make it even easier to become addicted to shopping in this manner.

However, there are some items that it is still best to check out in person instead of relying on online reviews & measurement particularations that you study online. I learned this the hard way when I ordered modern filters for my Heating, Ventilation & A/C system only to find that they did not fit. I had study carefully the description & even inspected the particularations page so they seemed like they would be the right ones. When they arrived they were too thick for the space that they needed to fit into so I had to pay shipping to send them back. After going to the post office I headed to my local Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealer where he had the perfect ones in stock. I told him how I had tried to save currency by ordering them online & ended up paying more because of the additional shipping. He assured me that he always kept a fantastic stock of many filters & they would always be available if I stopped in, not only will I always be able to get a officially fitted filter even though I will be supporting local companys at the same time. I guess more people should look into dealing with smaller shops in their section because if not many of those will go away as well. You get the convenience of not paying shipping, getting the item instantly, & getting expert advice when needed & all of those are priceless.
