Because the fumes from the gas would make it so that they would have to change the air filter of even a portable air cleaner every single day! And most air cleaners that are portable use the easily valuable and super expensive HEPA brand air filters at 40 bucks a pop
I experienced something pretty scarce the other day when I stopped to get gas for my automobile on the way home from my task… When I got there and walked into the convenience store part of the gas station I noticed that the air quality in there was actually not bad! I am so used to going to gas stations and the air quality being easily awful from the gasoline that is all around. But somehow this gas station had ok air quality. I know they did not have any kind of air cleaner in there because gas stations just do not do that, but plus getting any kind of air cleaner in a gas station would be a waste of money and time and effort. Because the fumes from the gas would make it so that they would have to change the air filter of even a portable air cleaner every single day! And most air cleaners that are portable use the easily valuable and super expensive HEPA brand air filters at 40 bucks a pop. I do not have to tell you how much a week that would cost in air filters! So because of that reason alone, I knew the gas station did not have any kind of portable air cleaner or industrial air cleaner unit. I never did find out why the air quality was ok in there. But I do know that because of that fact I will visit this gas station often whenever I need to get gas for my automobile on the way home from my task!
