He is an inventor and finally he’d gotten the huge chop he’d been seeking since he was a teenager. Lenny got a call from this contractor last winter season asking about one of his inventions. He found it peculiar since this wasn’t anything too fancy, however evidently it solved a huge issue for them. They flew some execs to see him, then Lenny flew to their headquarters to start the negotiation process. He’d sell them the patent for the invention and other rights. And he wanted to retain some to secure his future. Well, come Springtime this year, the deal was done and suddenly Lenny was flash with money. He decided to treat his friends who had opened up their homes and couches to him when he was struggling. Lenny had finally managed to buy a small house, however he never forgot them. By the time Summer came around, he had to guess about his A/C since his household was becoming too hot. Lenny almost forgot to contact the local HVAC corporation for A/C maintenance, and during Springtime, he made it his mission to make sure all his friends’ needs were met. So, he didn’t remember to arrange for A/C maintenance in his home. It’s only when he turned the cooling device on that it hit him he hadn’t had an HVAC expert do a tune up. Lenny had a new HVAC system and didn’t want any troubles with the cooling system. So, he made the right booking since he wanted to guarantee the A/C was working all summer.
