Come to think of it, that was a good way to describe all the HVAC technicians that I interacted with from this company.

Back before I knew any better, I used to settle for just any old heating and air conditioning company. Well, that’s not entirely true. I really just cared about pricing alone. When I first owned a home, I looked for the cheapest HVAC company around. I mean, sure, I checked the reviews just to make sure that they were decent. However, perhaps I should have looked deeper, because it turned out that doing business with this particular HVAC company wasn’t really worth it. For one thing, the HVAC technician was typically late to the appointments that I scheduled. An HVAC man was so late one time that I had to end up canceling, but of course, the company was up in arms when it was inconvenient to them! At least that’s how they made me feel when the HVAC technician who was supposed to come out and was actually on his way at the time I called to cancel came across in his texts to me as a bit rude and short. Come to think of it, that was a good way to describe all the HVAC technicians that I interacted with from this company. They didn’t really seem interested in actually listening to me tell them about my HVAC problems and what I wanted done. They just seemed to assume that they knew what was wrong and what they needed to do without any of my input. They did not even try to maintain the illusion of caring about the customer’s input! Well, that’s what ultimately drove me to seek out a better HVAC company and I am much happier with the people I work with today, despite the fact that they charge a little more. It’s worth it for the quality customer service and care!
