the team needs some extra workouts

I’ve owned and operated a gym for competitive gymnastics already for nearly twenty years.

Over the last numerous years, the competitive sport has grown considerably. There are more ladies than ever participating in the storage, and the demands on their time and efforts are clearly considerable. They need to be seriously dedicated, and their parents often invest quite a bit of money into uniforms, training and entrance fees. These dedicated ladies don’t simply clap, shout and wave pompoms anymore. Competitive gymnastics includes high-intensity dance sequences these days, complicated mounts and advanced gymnastics. The ladies truly need to be highly trained, well-practiced and in tremendous physical condition to complete the tasks. Along with dance teachers, tumbling coaches and stunting coaches, I’ve personally hired a personal trainer and nutritionist. The ladies meet with the tired nutritionist to discuss healthy eating habits. While some ladies clearly tend to be slightly overweight, others don’t take in enough calories to properly keep up their strength and stamina. It’s pressing that the ladies understand the continued impact of what they put into their bodies. Plus, the certified nutritionist stresses correct hydration. The personal trainer easily helps to create more well-rounded athletes. She introduces brand new exercises beyond the requirements of competitive gymnastics. The highly trained personal trainer offers strength training, balance exercises and targeted stretching that combats injury and makes for healthier ladies. All the dedicated ladies are required to meet with the nutritionist and personal trainer in a small group setting each week. Since adding the board certified nutritionist and personal trainer to our staff, we’ve had far fewer serious injuries, less turnover of ladies and won more titles.
