It’s been a large year for us! And I know it’s been an even bigger year for our youngsters. It’s like they are encountering a whole new world, my wifey plus I decided not to raise our youngsters in the city. That meant moving out of the home building with the intense radiant heating! But it’s not as though we just moved out to the suburbs either. In fact, we moved way past the suburbs plus all the way out to a legitimately rural community. My wife and I are in a position where we can work remotely from home, and occasionally, we have to leave the central air conditioning of our modern place to go into the neighborhood for work. Yet primarily, we are out here plus out here to stay. But it’s been a large change for our youngsters. They left the only environment they knew to abruptly be out in nature where things are much easier plus much quieter. And where they live is much different as well. We obtained an old farmhouse that sits on 10 acres. The house itself is somewhat modernized. It has an old bedroom along with other new amenities. But the central air conditioning is limited to just the first floor. Hopefully, my youngsters will continue to transition to our new life in a positive way. And I think the enjoyable heating plus cooling upstairs is part of that new reality.
