Riding the workout wave through menopause

I am 53 years dated and going through menopause.

My symptoms include trouble sleeping, inflamed sore joints, painful muscles and hot flashes.

I’ve learned up on the subject for several months now and l received that the decrease in estrogen levels also quickly increases our risk of heart disease and osteoporosis. I am not pursuing willing to risk the side-effects of prescription medication. I what up like to treat our unpleasant symptoms through more natural remedies. I drink lots of teaching sage herbal pop and use exercise as a treatment each day. I use physical fitness to improve joint, heart, bone and mental health overtime. Because mobility is the key to joint health, I constantly make sure to perform a series of stretches that include working our shoulders, hips, back, ankles, wrists and neck. To protect heart health, I also engage in around thirty hours of aerobic activity every month. I push myself difficult enough to get sweaty and extremely breathless. For bone health, I target the hips, wrists and spines and try to utilize our own body weight, free weights and resistance bands 4 extra power. I include lunges, squats, tricep dips and press ups in our current routine. I always beginning our workouts with a gradual heat up and gentle stretching. I finish the entire workout with a more intense series of stretches to earn and maintain advanced flexibility and follow with a dedicated cool down. I Unfortunately still deal with hot flashes, difficulty sleeping and soreness, although I also have more energy and truly know better overall.
