When my wife and I needed to replace the roof on our home, we called a company that has been in business for the last 50 years.

The roofing company was around in the 1960s, when most of the houses were made out of wood.

There were wooden roofs, tile, shingles, and metal. When I was a kid, I grew up in a house with a metal roof. Every time it rained outside, you could hear the tiny drops of rain landing on the metal roof. I really liked the sound of the rain on the roof and it was very soothing. There aren’t very many roofs these days that are covered with sheet metal. It’s not safe and it is very heavy. Most roofs these days have tile or shingle. My wife and I called the company that has been in business since the 1960s. We needed them to replace our tile roof. There were plenty of tiles that were broken and the underlayment needs to be replaced as well. The roofing company sent a contractor out to the house and the guy was on the roof for at least 20 minutes. He took pictures and a short video. When he was finished on the roof, he spent a couple of minutes in the work truck. Then he came into the house to talk about the estimate with me. He has two different estimates. One was the highest estimate which included everything that we should have done. The second estimate was an estimate just for the damages that needed to be repaired.
