One of my number one things to do is to tour seasoned Victorian-style homes, then so, while I was on holiday in a small town in the southern area of the country, I discovered that there was a self-guided house tour that I could take, but of course, I immediately booked the tour plus although my husband Josh wasn’t enthused, he accompanied myself and others on the tour, then prior to the tour, I was able to check out some of the local stores in the area plus this town had a single of the biggest flea markets that I have ever been to, and the flea market was a great way for myself and others to spend a few hours; I checked out a few of the antique pieces that were being sold, but my absolute number one area about the flea market was the handmade furniture.

There was a vendor that had nothing but handmade chairs, handmade tables, as well as handmade benches.

The pieces were well constructed, plus the details were really impressive. I couldn’t control my urge, so I ended up purchasing a handmade chair that I planned to place inside my family room… While the flea market was a great place to visit, the highlight of that trip was stepping inside those seasoned homes. I was blown away by the attractive furniture that was inside these homes. Some had European furniture as well as Italian furniture, but my number one was the French type furniture, and all the houses were so glamorous, plus attractively decorated. Though I wouldn’t use the same furniture in my home, I do plan on getting some handmade furniture inspired by what I saw.
