No power means no AC
No power means no AC
I had to wait until after the season was over, but after that I found a single that was on clearance
During the Summer weeks, there is a good risk of having hurricanes & tropical storms; When these storms occur, there is a lot of wind & rain. Wind & rain can cause a good deal of complications when you are close to the water. More rain causes flooding & the wind causes trees to topple over! Last year during a single of these storms, a tree toppled over & took out all of the power to our village. The tree fell in the start of the storm & cruise were not dispatched to repair the problem until after the storm passed; Both of us were separate from any power for a while & both of us were also separate from AC. Last year was the last time that both of us spent a Summer separate from a generator… Having to go separate from AC is a huge problem. During the Summer weeks when both of us have to deal with hurricanes & tropical storms, it is easily in the ’90s. It doesn’t get much cooler than that during the night time minutes either, because the humidity is awful. It’s impossible to sleep separate from air conditioning. I tried it for 3 days during the time when both of us were separate from power, and as soon as I got paid, I went to the hardware store to look for a generator. They were completely out of stock. All of the generators online were upscale. I had to wait until after the season was over, but after that I found a single that was on clearance. I am ready for this year’s storm season. I will not be going separate from power or air conditioning again.
