Ductwork cleaning helps my respiratory health
So instead of medications, he told me to upgrade the HVAC air filter to a HEPA filter
I don’t know how people end up going to the doctor whenever there is anything wrong. It takes so much for me to get out of the central air conditioning of my home to go to see the doctor. I’m just really scared when it comes to dealing with the doctor. I feel like every time that I go into that office, I’ll come out learning some sort of horrible news about my health. But thankfully I have a really great partner. Not only does she coax our children to the doctor but she has to do the same thing for me. Most of my time is spent inside the HVAC of my home. It’s where I live and work each day. Lately, I’ve been noticing a recurring sinus issue and lots of sneezing and coughing. So my wife finally dragged me into the doctor’s office to find out what was going on. I always hate sitting in the waiting room with the HVAC cooling on full blast because it’s so cold. Anyway, the doctor gave me the once over and I was ready for him to give me some medication. But this time, that was not the case. He asked me a lot of questions about the environment I lived in. The doctor felt that my respiratory issues were a result of poor indoor air quality. So instead of medications, he told me to upgrade the HVAC air filter to a HEPA filter. And then he suggested I call the HVAC company to get ductwork cleaning and ductwork resealing. I did just what the doctor ordered and am glad to find that upgrading the HVAC air filter and getting ductwork cleaning did the trick.
