Have you ever been so angry that you want to just smash plus destroy things? If you answered yes, chances are you have gotten the urge to destroy things however you entirely did not go through with the urge because of the consequences. I am going through more stress than I have ever experienced in my life, plus a associate recommended that I go to a wreck room. Wreck rooms allow you to take your anger out in a safe plus controlled way. I decided to go to the wreck room because I have a lot of pent up anger that I need to release. I was not quite sure what to expect. When I got there, I saw that there were small plus big objects with tools to chop them. Some of the objects included cooling systems, media air cleaners, space heaters, TVs, microwaves , plus more. The first thing I thought to myself was where did all of these appliances come from? I found out that people donate outdated appliances that they no longer need to wreck rooms. The cooling systems looked appreciate outdated window cooling system units. Maybe people moved into a apartment with central air conditioner so they do not need their window cooling system device anymore. Speaking of air conditioner, I was glad that the wreck room I went to had central air conditioner… Breaking objects was making me sweat! They played angry songs which helped pump me up to chop things.
