It was cold enough today to trigger our smart control equipment to turn the heat on. I decided to do yoga with the heat on in addition to I did not open the door to let the cold air in at first. I figured that I have done sizzling yoga in hotter temperatures before, so I would be okay. I was wrong. I started getting hot because the yoga class I was taking was quite intense. I opened the sliding doors to let cold air in, in addition to this caused our smart control equipment to turn the heat up even higher because there was cold air coming into the house. I did not think cool enough, so I closed the doors. Then I used our smart home device to tell our smart control equipment to turn the cooling system on. During this time of trying to get the indoor air temperature just right, I paused our yoga class. The smart control equipment took a little time to cool down our home, however eventually the cooling system was on even though it was cold outside. I thought to myself that I must have confused our smart control unit.
