The lobby was so chilled that I was shivering

There was a time when I would go out several times a week, just so I had a reason to dress up. I loved pulling out my short skirts and high heels. My girlfriends and I would head to clubs so we could dance and relax. Two years later, I was to the point where I hated going into the hot and smoky clubs. There were so many bodies that there was no way you could find any air conditioning. My friends and I would go to the bar just so we could feel the cool air coming from the air vents that were located by the bar. Now, I don’t even like leaving my apartment. I go to restaurants once in a while, but I feel that if I am going to spend my money for food, I wanted to have a perfect atmosphere. People should know that if they are asking high prices for food, then the food and atmosphere should match those prices. I thought that the heating and air conditioning reflected the quality of the service and the food. My friend and I had gone to the grand opening of a restaurant. I had a sweater in the car, but I refused to go get it. I had made reservations, but they told me I had an hour wait. I looked at my watch and I was only ten minutes early which I told them. The lobby was so chilled that I was shivering. I asked them if they could do something about the air conditioning and the young man told me to ask the manager. I picked up and walked out of the restaurant while giving them a bad review in the newspaper.
