I kind of suppose it’s a little foolish, but my central heating and A/C unit came so close to breaking down on myself and others recently, and it was all because I did not change the air filter on time! When you do not change the air filter to your central heating and A/C system, you can risk making your central heat and cooling system work overtime.

And when this happens, it can lead to a breakdown of the heating, ventilation and A/C unit that could cost you a lot of money in repairs.

Even occasionally, it could be where your heating and A/C unit is broken beyond maintenance and you will have to invest thousands of dollars into a brand new up-to-date central heating and A/C system. However heating, ventilation and A/C units today cost a lot of money and the costs are going up, and that would be the last thing I would need or want. I was fortunate enough to have realized I forgot to change my air filter to my central heating and A/C unit, and so I changed it in time. But because of not cleaning it when I should have, I had to call the local heating and A/C company to send out a certified heating and cooling system specialist to do some harsh deep ductwork cleaning. They were the people that told me that my central heating and A/C unit came so close to being broke for good. I can say I entirely lucked out here and that I won’t let it happen again.
