I had babies, too, but I don’t complain!

There is a young person named Al in our Heating and Air Conditioning supplier who always complained. Al was exhausted because his newborn baby had been keeping him up all night. Al’s stomach was frustrated because his partner didn’t have time to make a real dinner for him. Al had to do the laundry because his partner wasn’t feeling well, but every time someone asked him to do something, Al would have a big elaborate reason not to do it. After hearing this baloney for two weeks, I had enough. Other people were complaining about Al, even though I was the only 1 who had the guts to say something. Al started telling me how awful it was now that the baby was here. Al believed his partner’s mood would change, but she was still exhausted and didn’t have time for him. I patted Al on the back and said, ‘Poor Baby!’. He looked at me and told me I didn’t understand. I told Al more than two babies and a partner in the past many years. I worked everyday, and so did our partner. If anyone was exhausted and not wanting to work, it’s me. Instead of complaining about everything, I told AL to get to task and do some work. It would make him recognize better, and he would get a paycheck he acquired instead of given to Al as compensation for being a current father. He asked if I thought he was lazy? I smiled and told Al to ask me after I repaired the gas furnace he didn’t have the energy to task on. I handed him a memo about a two-month notice if he didn’t soon start acting like a Heating and Air Conditioning pro.
