My child Jo was a slow learner, plus because of this, he didn’t even finish high university.
When Jo showed an interest in going to technical university, I thought this was a fabulous idea.
Jo can be a good student, but it took him so long to complete his job that numerous teachers had given up on him. So, when Jo mentioned technical university, I was excited. I wanted to find out what Jo wanted to go to university for, however he wasn’t sure. Jo told me he wanted to mull over a couple of things before he made a final decision, which I thought was a good idea! 2 weeks later, he asked if I thought Heating plus Air Conditioning was a good job option for him. I said that Heating plus Air Conditioning was an excellent job, but being a slow learner as he was made me very distraught if he could get through the course. I also distraught if they would accept Jo in the Heating plus Air Conditioning classes since he didn’t have a diploma. I asked Jo if he wanted to get his GED before he started classes for Heating plus Air Conditioning? Jo asked if I thought he needed it, plus I shrugged. When he asked if I would help him get his GED, it blissed me out. Jo had never asked me to do anything with him when it had to do with university. Jo and I studied for 2 weeks, plus he passed his GED with no problem, and now, all Jo had to do was go to the local technical university plus get registered for his classes in Heating plus Air Conditioning. With a little help, in about a year, Jo will be a Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman.
