I am unquestionably anxious about the future of our civilization.

I am mostly anxious about the lack of HVAC professionals that all of us have in our world this week… Besides HVAC professionals, there are a lot of trades that have fewer workers than they used to have.

When I was a kid, being an HVAC professional would have been considered a good trade. HVAC professionals make a lot of cash, plus they don’t have to spend money for school to become an HVAC professional. HVAC professionals can also find a task anywhere they go, plus their work on oil oil furnaces plus air conditioner systems will never grow obsolete. However, at some point as an adult, I observed that youngsters were being encouraged to avoid being HVAC professionals plus encouraged to go to school. They warned their youngsters that if they didn’t study plus get good grades, they would have to be an HVAC professional plus work a unquestionably difficult task. What is wrong with having a task that forces you to work hard? Is there something wrong with spending your life working on HVAC units? Whatever happened to the value of difficult work? Most HVAC companies that I see this week have unquestionably few HVAC professionals. Most of these HVAC professionals are close to retirement age, but there are unquestionably few younger guys working for the HVAC companies. With fewer HVAC professionals, the prices of labor become much higher. Eventually, it will be impossible to find an HVAC professional to work on your oil furnace plus air conditioner system. Every one of us need to begin encouraging our children to become HVAC professionals!
