I just saw on the calendar that Autumn is upon us.

I could kind of tell a little bit because early in the afternoons, if I get up that early, the thermostat is showing lovely temperatures instead of being in the 79s.

There’s 1 thing that the cooling out in the atmosphere reminds myself and others to do, plus that is get my air duct cleaned. I never used to be a woman who upset actually much about the ducts in my house. I mean out of sight out of mind, right? Well that is a actually terrible attitude, plus I l gained about that when my child was little. My child had numerous allergies, plus she still does, actually. In fact I am developing allergies myself even though I am in my 50s. Anyway, I discovered that if you have dirty ducts in your house, you are more likely to be spewing allergens into the air. That means if anyone has any kind of allergy or breathing difficulty in your house, she or she is going to suffer because the a/c is putting debris from the ducts into the air. Once I realized the truth of that, it became a Habit for myself and others to get my air duct professionally cleaned at least once a year. I decided to do that at the start of fall because that way I would already have the a/c turned off plus would not have to shut off my AC in the middle of the hot summer.
