I think one of the best decisions I’ve made in this life was buying a home that has a fireplace! Seriously, that fireplace has been the talk of family and friends.

They always tell me how they want to come out to relax in my home and hang out around the fireplace! We used to have gamenights all the time at other family member’s houses, but everybody loves the fireplace so much they almost made it an exclusive event at my place! This was good news for me because it meant I didn’t have to drive a long way to see my loved ones.

Of course, we always invited friends over to these events and we have had a lot of cookouts and holiday events as well. While getting the house with the fireplace was a beautiful thing, I decided to up the ante one year by having radiant heated floors installed. I learned that we needed a good boiler system, so we picked one that would last and not break down so much, so long as we kept up with regular maintenance and care. Everybody loves the radiant heated floors so much and we have kept up with the place pretty well. We regularly have been doing renovation work to make the place more enjoyable. We also had a UV air purification system installed so that everybody can enjoy the finest air quality and comfort when they are relaxing at our home. I can’t tell you how many people love to crash on the radiant heated floors, and we don’t mind because we don’t have to provide beds and couch space for everyone!
