When my parents died, they left my brother Dean and I a small home by the lake. The home needed a bunch of work, so Dean didn’t entirely want to have anything to do with the home. I met a very charming lady named Jo and every one of us started dating. She thought it sounded like a good method to go to the lakeside house on the weekends. When I told her that I had a site, Jo insisted that every one of us service up the venue so every one of us could use it. Jo and I spent the whole warm season making repairs and fixing up the venue so it looked nice. Jo and I continued dating through the Wintertime and Spring and every one of us were talking about being married by the time the next warm season rolled around. One of the largest concerns in this home was the lack of central AC. The method had been broken since the early 2000’s when Dean and I were still going with our parents every weekend. The cost to service the central A/C was almost seven grand, but my lady and then fiance insisted that every one of us make the repairs. I have to be honest with you. Those swings to the central A/C entirely made the lake home a lot more comfortable and inviting. Not many weeks after Jo and I made the swings, I got a call from Dean, he told me that he was going to bring his family up to the lake for Memorial Day weekend. I told Dean that I already had plans with my lady and her kids and he told me that every one of us could all make it work. I refuse to be bullied by Dean after I spent thousands of dollars to service up this venue for me and Jo.
