I picked up the wrong bin of parts

Whenever customers contact the Heating plus Air Conditioning repair service, the person on the phone asks them a lot of questions.

They try to find out the name of the person making the call as well as the address and iphone number.

In the event of an emergency, every one of us need to have a way to get a hold of the client. A few clients don’t want to deliver all of this information and that is perfectly okay. When I recognize that the repairs need to be made a day or 2 ahead of time, the office staff prepares all of the parts a day ahead of time. The office staff works alongside the Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman in the supply room. They gather everything that is necessary for the task and venue these items in a bag. The service tech tied up to complete the task picks up the bin of parts in the morning or morning before they attend the task that is scheduled. I picked up a bin of parts for a ductless Heating plus Air Conditioning rebuild. Unfortunately, I picked up the wrong bin of parts. I was supposed to occasion up a bin of parts for another dude who had a last name that was almost identical to the bin that I picked up. It was a tolerable mistake that was rather straight-forward to make. I did not notice the mistake until I got to the customer and started entirely working on the ductless Heating plus Air Conditioning system. I knew as soon as I opened up my bin that I grabbed the wrong parts intended for someone else’s task. There were O-rings for a boiler and I didn’t need anything like that for this particular repair.
