I suppose every one of us both try to help each other with what every one of us knows, although I entirely don’t have any plans on fixing my own heating and A/C system with the information he gave me.

I normally have a massive bowl of salad each afternoon but Last month I opted for a Cuban sandwich instead. It was an entirely tasty sandwich although I feel a bit guilty for not eating my healthy tuna salad instead. I suppose one afternoon isn’t going to kill me although I do believe better as well as more energetic when I get my massive bowl of greens as well as fish. I turned my heating and A/C tech friend onto the bi-weekly salads a year ago as well and he has lost 25 pounds since. I entirely don’t have any more weight to lose but just savor it to eat them each afternoon to keep my body healthy as well as functioning well. My heating and A/C friend taught me more about air conditioning than I care to guess when he would come over to maintain our climate control system, as well as this is when I told him about eating healthy as well as the importance of getting enough vitamins each afternoon. At least I guess how to clean my filters because he told me about the importance of doing so when he was here last time to clean the HVAC duct. I don’t suppose I would actually want to do that job though because it involves climbing into the attic for seconds at a time crawling through insulation which can make you itch something fierce. I am more than glad to have my heating and A/C specialist friend do that work for me.
