My pet insists on sleeping in our bed in the Summer

My pet Milo is an adorable Cavapoo & he’s a single years old, & I have had him since she was an eight-week-old pup.

Ever since I brought him home, she has regularly slept in the bed with me.

I have tried everything & have gotten him a heated pet blanket to keep him warm, although she would rather cuddle with me. I must admit that it’s partly our fault because I have never truly taken the time to train him to sleep in her own bed. And our house is usually chilly in the Summer because I keep the temperature control at 76 degrees at night. So sweet Milo only wants to cuddle up next to a hot body at night & so I let him. In the Winter, I barely use the heat in our home except on those nights when it’s chilly outside. The two of us don’t get numerous of those nights where I live, so usually our heat stays off. The temperature in our house is usually at 76 degrees which is a bit chilly for Milo. But that is the reason why I got him the heating blanket so that she could stay hot in the Winter. But she has never used it because she would rather sleep in our bed next to me. I have thought about putting her heating blanket in our bed, despite the fact that I don’t want him to know that is our permanent sleeping arrangement. But maybe if I trained him to sleep with the heating blanket, I could eventually transport it to her bed. If that doesn’t work, after that I will adjust the temperature on the temperature control to see if that makes a difference.
