Getting the biggest deal of my local contractor career

We had a good day at the office and I was doing my book when I saw a brochure for a tender request.

The government wanted a local contractor to manage and handle the heater maintenance of all the heating devices in all government institutions.

I owned a local business that dealt with several new heating systems. I also offered services such as tune-ups as well as installations. I had worked hard to grow this business to the level that it now was. At some point, I had gone back to school to study more about heating because it was going to be my especially since I already knew more about HVAC systems. I started by stocking up space heaters and digital thermostats and when the business grew, I thought of expanding it to include more systems that provide quality heating for the entire home. When I saw the tender request and saw the requirements, I was confident that my company had passed the checklist. I filled in the application and left the rest to the universe. After a week, they sent an email confirming thaT I had gotten the tender and requesting a partnership. The partnership included being central heating and geo heat pump provider. Moreover, they put me in charge of scheduling and overseeing all the heating service sessions. I was required to employ efficient energy-saving help that would help the government save money on energy bills. This was the biggest deal so far in my career. I would be an HVAC provider to the government in our state. This would transform my life. It reminded me of where I started from and I felt grateful.
