I left the house early this morning after breakfast and my wife did not wake up until it was time for the kids to go to school. Shortly after the children got on the school bus, my wife noticed a problem with the indoor air temperatures. It was warm, despite the fact that the air conditioner was running. My wife called me at work to find out if she should contact the air conditioner repair service. I wasn’t at the house to help or provide any assistance, so I thought it was a good idea to contact the repair service that installed our system. The repair company did not have an appointment until 2 in the afternoon. My wife plans to spend the day running errands and she had a yoga class in the afternoon. Since she wasn’t going to be home most of the morning, she decided to take the 2:00 appointment. My wife left a yoga class early so she could be home for the repair guy. Two arrived and the repairman did not show up. At 2:15, my wife decided to contact the repair company just to be certain they were still planning to fix the air conditioner. My wife contacted the repair company several different times, and she did not get an answer on the phone. The repair technician showed up around 2:45. My wife was losing faith that she was never going to get the air conditioner fixed, but the repair technician arrived ready to get started and fix the problem. The technician apologized three times for being late.
