My wifey plus I purchased a beach lake house that both of us are fixing up plus going to rent it out as an airbnb.

The beach lake house could be beautiful but right now is a mess.

The kitchen sink plus faucet are a stained, cheap pale white. The countertops are laminate plus cracking. The floors are coming up plus the washroom fixtures are stained; What really is difficult is that being near the ocean means saltwater. I have found that salt water rusts everything. The light switches plus outlets inside the lake house are just patches of rust. The windows are covered in rust plus all deck furniture needs to be plastic. The Heating plus Air Conditioning plan looks really bad. I felt like a swift kick with our boot plus I could puncture a hole in it. I thankfully found a single Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier that deals with coastal Heating plus Air Conditioning systems. They have special liquids plus sealants they put on the units to protect them from saltwater. It is twice as extravagant plus every year I would need to call to get the coastal protection on it. I guess it is worth it though. So far I have found that everything that has metal parts gets ruined by the beach. I purchased a brand new metal garage door plus the thing already has an yellow like tint to it. How terrible is that? I don’t believe how people live at the beach year round. They must be used to their stuff constantly looking terrible plus looking yellow. Maybe I should ask if they have tried coastal protection on their Heating plus Air Conditioning units.
