My hubby plus I do the snowbird thing.

The two of us go down south right before Christmas plus stick around until may.

That way both of us get the best of both worlds. I will admit, I care about our little beach lake house more than our northern home. I like having a small lake house to care for plus clean. It makes everything so easy. I like that I can just walk out our door plus hit the water. I like the weather plus the relaxation. The beach lake house is not as fantastic of a lake house as our northern a single though. There are lots of problems with it. I have needed to scrape popcorn ceilings plus replace drywall. I also needed to replace electric plus plumbing parts. I am eager to get a new Heating plus Air Conditioning system, everytime our hubby plus I go down south the unit is totally frozen solid. I study online it is because the A/C is filled with dust plus over works itself. I talked to a Heating plus Air Conditioning company about it plus he told me I should use the A/C until it won’t run anymore, but he says I can get another few years out of it. I don’t like taking a hair dryer plus melting the block of ice. I don’t like mucking out the condensate drain plus getting rid of all the dust. I really want a new cooling system so I don’t have to worry about it. My hubby is giddy every year both of us get out of it. It makes our unbelievable southern holiday not as fun. I don’t want to mess around with A/C repairs everytime I visit.
