Too hot down south and too cold up north

I lived in the north most of my life. It was horrible because of the weather. The winters would start as early as October and not let up until May. In the peak of winter it would get to -20 degrees. The snow would come down in feet and the ice was thick. The windchill was downright dangerous and people died every year from it. I hated the constant cold and bundling up each season. I moved down south to get away from it. At first southern living was wonderful. The winter season felt like summer to me. The lack of snow and ice was amazing. The first summer of intense heat was fun. I went to the beach everyday and got a tan. It was like always being on vacation. Now that I have lived in the south for a bit, it is too hot for me. I hate that in the summertime I am getting 90 degree weather all day long. I basically have to sit in the AC all day long. I go from cooling system to cooling system because it is so hot. I can’t even drive my car for five minutes without needing AC. The heat starts early and sticks around forever. I own a heat pump system, but it basically only provides cooling. Most of the season is centered around being showered with A/C. I am actually looking forward to late fall and winter time. I want to actually be able to go outside and not die. I want to be able to breathe and not have A/C blasting on me all day long.
