Taking care of the stuff that takes care of me is a must in my life.

This is simply the best way for me to make sure that all the essentials are taken care of so they are ready to go.

I’d hate to get up in the morning and set out for work only to find my car doesn’t work because I didn’t maintain it. Same thing goes for the HVAC equipment. I find that many of my friends and associates just take the quality heating and air they receive in their homes for granted. And I’m not judging that because it’s sort of easy to do. We all tend to sort of just act as though heating and cooling are just a natural part of living our lives. Most of us don’t realize that there was no such thing as residential HVAC prior to the 1950’s. This is because quality heating and air is basically universal in this country. But that doesn’t mean that HVAC equipment simply takes care of itself. We, as homeowners, have to be sure that we are doing all we need to do in order to keep the heating and cooling equipment in good shape. That begins and ends with the HVAC company. It’s simply imperative that the HVAC company be involved in taking care of the HVAC equipment. Sure, we need to be changing the air filters and making sure the HVAC unit is unobstructed. But we also need to have an HVAC professional do the HVAC service required on a seasonal basis. I have done this with my HVAC unit for the past 23 years. Never had a breakdown and the heat pump is still getting it done like it did at the beginning.
