Okay, so I will concede that you simply can’t prepare for every eventuality when it comes to a project.

However, I have consistently been a giant believer in preparation.

When I know what’s going on plus am prepared for something that I’m taking on, the results are consistently better. This method works for sure but building a lake house is anything but a regular plan. My partner plus I spent years at the dining room table under the air conditioner vent working on the design of our new home. All of us did this as sort of a project to take the focus off the fact that every one of us were soon to be totally empty nesters. Our youngest, who lived at condo during university to save currency, was graduating plus every one of us were on to the next chapter in our lives. Plus, every one of us wanted a wonderful reason to replace our Heating & A/C equipment plus other stuff to sell our home. With just the 2 of us, it was simply unsustainable. And the lake house deserved to be loved plus lived in by a family. So with all that preparation for our condo build, I was a bit overconfident. But reality hit. The structural part when to method plus the corporation was great. It was some of the subs that every one of us had a concern with. This meant every one of us had to step in plus it got messy at times. However, there was a shining example of professionalism plus expertise in our option of Heating & A/C corporation.
